As President of the Australian International Taekwon-Do Federation notice is hereby given that I have called an ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING for the AITF.

DATE: Thursday 6 November 2008 (Brisbane time)

TIME: Commence at 6pm.

VENUE: 3 St Andrews Court,Brisbane, QLD 4035

The State Director for Western Australia has formally seconded this notice of meeting.

Mr Harper is formally asked to prepare a financial report and accounts for presentation electronically, to the Executive Officers, by Tuesday 4 November 08 .

As Ms Ross is not legally able to operate as the Secretary under the only registration arrangements that existed at the time the previous elections, I appoint Mrs Jan Taylor (legal resident in Queensland) as the Acting Secretary (until the AGM and election of the next Secretary) to prepare and submit the formal agenda to all parties.

It should be made clear that “Skype” can be implemented for those unable to be present but anyone on skype must register that method and intention prior to the meeting.

I suggest the following items be included in the Agenda.

2. Correspondence

5. Election of offices of:
   1. President

   3. Secretary
   4. Treasurer
   5. State Director Tasmania
   6. State Director Victoria
   7. State Director NSW
   8. State Director ACT
   9. State Director WA
   10. State Director SA
   11. State Director Qld
   12. State Director NT
6. Establishment of a committee to recommend appointments to the following sub-committees:
   1. Standard and Discipline Committee
   2. Coaching /Selections Committee
   3. Technical Committee
7. Establishment of, and empowering of, a constitution steering committee.
8. General Business

Any further items to be included in the agenda must be notified by Midnight Thursday 30 October 08.

Emails and correspondence pertaining to this meeting and associated issues, should be info addressed to all other state directors as was agreed immediately after the previous elections.
